I am very impressed with Film Fix. They did a fantastic job on our dvd transfer from Super 8 movies. I was very nervous about sending the movie canisters, but they were very reassuring and everything came and went without a hitch. Nathaniel was very responsive; we emailed quite a bit to make sure the order was just right and he called us twice to answer email questions in more depth and to discuss what we could consider doing so that we had what we needed to edit the movies later. They even held on to our order until we returned from vacation. Very professional, with a caring, personal touch. All this and less expensive than other services. Can't beat it.
