Before sending my Super-8 films to be transferred to DVD, I first called FilmFix to inquire about the process and was impressed by the openness and clarity with which my questions were answered. And I was extremely satisfied with the results: the quality of the digital version, which included secondary color correction, was quite good in comparison to the originals. After everything was promptly returned, they patiently walked me through the steps necessary to overcome a glitch in order to allow my computer to read the backup .avi files on the portable hard drive that I ordered. It was nice to deal directly with real people who who are knowledgeable and professional, and I will definitely use FilmFix again if I transfer additional films.
