FilmFix gives very personalized service. The principals checked with us on several occasions when there were even minor questions about our desires. They clearly want their customers to be completely satisfied. They beat their own projected completion and ship dates consistently; the turn-around times were astoundingly fast.
But, of course, great customer service means little if the product is not what we wanted. In this case, although our original media had not been especially well-cared-for, the resulting DVDs were spectacular. I don't know how they do it, but the reproductions were actually superior to the originals.
FilmFix will be getting all our business until the happy day when we've converted every tape and movie to digital media.
